Lawful basis for processing

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We may share relevant information with third parties involved in your matter — such as the Deeds Office, the Master of the High Court, opposing attorneys, banks or collaborative service providers — strictly as necessary to progress your instruction, and with your knowledge.

Retention

We retain personal information and client files for the period required by professional conduct rules and applicable law, and no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse, consistent with our obligations under POPIA.
