Mediation is an informal process that is:

• Voluntary for all the parties, including the Mediator.
• Confidential in everything that is discussed, without prejudice, and the Court cannot request the Mediator to give evidence in Court without the consent by all the parties. The exceptions of the rule for condlfidentiality is where a minor child is being abuse, endangerment or neglect of a minor child, and physical violence towards the minor child.
• Neutrality throughout the process by the Mediator.
• Empowering you to make the decision for the outcome of the mediation, without the Court making the decisions for you.
• Unique solution for your own situation and your family’s needs.

We assist with mediation in:

• Maintenance disputes
• Divorce disputes
• Children’s Court disputes
• Domestic Violence disputes
• Disputes in administration of Deceased Estates

Office Hours

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 16:00
Friday: 09:00 – 13:00
Closed weekends and public holidays.
